Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Associations Tab of the Add Course Screen

The Associations tab of the Add Course screen for a Read and Sign course contains the following fields.

Field Description
Job Family

If you want to associate the Read and Sign course to a specific job family or families (such as Administrative or Sales), select from the multi-select list.
Job Role

If you want to associate the Read and Sign course to a specific job role or roles (for example, Manager or Vice President), select from the multi-select list.
Job Title

If you want to associate the Read and Sign course to specific job title or titles (for example, Contracts Manager or Receptionist), select from the multi-select list.
